DESIGN PROCESS
During your first appointment with MOJO Design and Contracting, we will listen to your overall wants and needs. MOJO will evaluate the existing environment and determine the scope of the project by discussing your ideas and giving design suggestions to gain a solid understanding of how you will use your new space. Together, we review the planning and construction processes to ensure your project's success. We will also review the overall project budget so we can design and build within that budget.
MOJO then provides a proposal to you that will include a detailed description of the work to be completed by each trade involved in the project. We will discuss each line item with you to establish an understanding and comfort level as it relates to the work that will be performed. At this time, the team will also discuss expected timelines for completion, review the contract documents and secure a start date for the work to commence. In addition, you will be invited to attend a team meeting that is conducted by the Site Superintendent on the first day of every new job. This offers an opportunity for you to meet the team who will be working on your project and ask any questions you may have at that time. We also review the timeline with all attendees and discuss job site protocol and expectations. Finally, the work will begin and, together, we will be on our way to building your better tomorrow.
